Geo is a certified Alexander Techique Teacher , Chi Nei Tsang Instructor, Qigong practitioner, Thai Bodywork Therapist and health coach with a breadth of experience across the somatic fields. His years of experience as a meditator, performance artist and director, athlete and coach inform all he offers. Geo is a generalist in that he is an ardent facilitator for restoring and developing foundational embodiment skills, capacities and heightened, life-enhancing appreciation. He is a specialist in that he brings a clinical person-specific approach to every session.
